I led the end-to-end design of a companion app for TurboTax customers who needed help making their biggest paycheck of the year work harder for them. By giving users access to their refund on a smart spending card, we helped them save, track their credit score, and build healthy money habits through motivational streaks, milestones, and rewards. The experience turned a one-time payday into lasting financial momentum—and year-round engagement with the brand.
