I led exploratory design work to envision how AI could simplify complex tax tasks, adapt dynamically to users’ needs, and seamlessly connect people to help, whether human or automated. Through interactive prototypes and motion studies, I demonstrated how intelligent, empathetic design could transform the TurboTax experience. These explorations helped shape the foundation for what later became Intuit Assist.
